Sunday, May 4th, '08 - Please join Layla and her "Veiled Visions" and Zenaide with her "Sirens" at the Lafayette Grill as they welcome their special guest artist: Alexia and Groove Merchant Drum & Dance Ensemble. A fabulous afternoon of music and dance is planned with many varied and wonderful solo and group pieces. The Lafayette Grill is located at 54 Franklin Street in NYC. $10 door fee/$15 table minimum (excludes tax and tip). We have a full program so showtime is at 1:30 p.m. sharp! Immediately following this program Steve Stanzione, master guitarist/instructor, will have his music recital with his students (Layla's son will be performing!). Sunday, June 29th, '08 - Jorday Dance Studio Annual Recital...a fabulous afternoon of dance of all genres especially salsa and belly dance! Layla and her "Veiled Visions" will be dancing as well as
Shir-El and Kazja. Location is Forest Hills High School in Forest Hills, Queens. You can call Jorday Dance Studio directly at 718-275-4386 for tickets (in advance only) and performance time. Layla's son, James, will be performing salsa!
